Do I need to record calls to use Wyser ASSIST?

You will need recorded calls in order to use Wyser ASSIST. You can record calls using any call recording software. 

Can I use this in face to face meetings?

As long as you can record the conversation, you can upload it to Wyser ASSIST. 

What telephony integrations do you have?

We have built integrations with Teams, 8x8, AWS Connect, Clobba. Please speak to us if you don't see your system here - we are always happy to add more integrations to the list.

Which CRM systems do you integrate with?

We have a current integration with AdvicePro, and are looking at several others. We are always happy to discuss new integrations, so let us know what you need!
